KPI + Claude 101 — Terms of Use

These terms cover the digital product KPI + Claude 101 sold by Arthur Andrew. By buying or using it, you agree to them.

1. Who owns it

KPI + Claude 101, including the workbook, its words, pictures, layout, prompts and the way it's put together, is the intellectual property of Andy Alsop, trading as Arthur Andrew, Wellington, New Zealand. Buying it doesn't make any of that yours. You're buying permission to use it.

2. What you can do

One purchase gives one person, or one salon, a licence to use the workbook for their own business. You can save it, open it as many times as you like, and print parts of it for your own team.

3. What you can't do

You can't share, forward, copy, sell, lend, post online or give away the file or any part of it, to anyone, free or paid. You can't copy the prompts or the structure into your own product or course. You can't remove my name from it. If you want to use it with more than one salon, or teach it to other people, email me and we'll sort out a proper licence.

4. Refunds

This is a digital file you download straight away, so it can't be returned once it's sent. That means no refunds for change of mind. If the file doesn't open or something is actually broken, email me and I'll fix it or refund you. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act.

5. What you'll need

You need your own paid Claude plan, a Mac or Windows laptop or desktop, Google Chrome, and your own Timely or Kitomba login. None of those are included, and I'm not responsible if they change their prices or how they work.

6. Your numbers are yours

The workbook saves your answers on your own computer. I never see them. What you put into Claude is between you and Claude under their terms.

7. No promises on results

This is what worked in my salon. It isn't financial, legal or accounting advice, and I can't promise the same results for you. Check anything important with your accountant.

8. Not affiliated

KPI + Claude 101 isn't made by or connected to Anthropic, Timely or Kitomba. Those are their names, not mine.

9. If these terms are broken

If you share the file or breach these terms, your licence ends and I may take further steps to protect my work.
